Technical fixes:
-Looping effects (the menu graphics and the fog graphics) now use Ren'Py's own functions to perform tiling or panning; previously, the loops were made by shifting doubled PNGs of the graphics. (quadrupled in the case of the diagonal About screen graphic).

-Code for the GUI images is better organized.

No new panels yet, but I'll have another update soon.
